Kids are not only taught basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. The foundationial movements like the squat, push up, pull up, climbing, jumping, and gymnastics are taught as well as weightlifting basics, running, and stretching, and nutrition. A childs confidence, both physically and mentally will grow with each class.
